Proxy advisory agency Institutional Shareholder Providers Inc. advisable Spirit Airways traders vote for a proposed merger with Frontier Airways reversing its place on the deal after Frontier sweetened its supply Friday.
“On balance, support for the merger with Frontier on the revised terms is warranted,” ISS wrote in a report that was revealed late Friday and made public Saturday.
