A federal decide dismissed a case introduced by former Apollo International Administration Chief Government Leon Black alleging that his former associate and others conspired to destroy his status and push him out of the agency.
Mr. Black final October filed a civil RICO swimsuit within the Southern District of New York during which he accused Guzel Ganieva, a former mannequin with whom he had a yearslong affair, and her legislation agency of conspiring with a listing of unnamed people to publicly accuse him of rape and harassment.
