KYIV, Ukraine—An explosion at a detention camp in Russian-held territory in japanese Ukraine on Thursday evening killed quite a few Ukrainian prisoners of warfare, in accordance with Ukrainian and Russian authorities, who blamed one another for the assault.
Ukraine’s Normal Workers accused Russia of hanging the power in Olenivka, a city within the Donetsk area of japanese Ukraine in territory managed by Russian forces, and killing Ukrainian prisoners it had taken, “to hide the torture of prisoners and executions committed there.” The Normal Workers mentioned in a press release that Ukraine’s armed forces hadn’t launched any rocket or artillery strikes within the Olenivka space that evening and that they use high-precision Western weapons such as Himars solely towards Russian navy targets.
