Home-Price Growth Decelerated in June

Dwelling-price development slowed in June as larger mortgage charges made homeownership much less reasonably priced.

The S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller Nationwide Dwelling Worth Index, which measures common dwelling costs in main metropolitan areas throughout the nation, rose 18% within the 12 months that led to June, down from a 19.9% annual charge the prior month.
